This project focused on designing and launching automated Klaviyo email flows to help an e-commerce fashion brand boost engagement and revenue. The client was not utilizing email automation effectively and lacked personalization in communication. I helped them structure and automate essential email journeys such as welcome series, cart recovery, and post-purchase flows, while continuously refining performance through segmentation, A/B testing, and data analytics.
